One price, two ways to buy. Here or on the Adobe Marketplace — the product is identical and so is the price. What you get here in addition: team licences with a single key, and a perpetual licence on invoice for organisations that cannot enter into a subscription.
Buying as a public body, a university or a company that pays against an invoice? Then take the perpetual licence below: quotation, order number, invoice with payment terms, and a structured electronic invoice where you need one (XRechnung or ZUGFeRD). The two checkout buttons on this page lead to our payment provider and end in a card payment, which most public accounting departments cannot use. Go to the invoice route.
Single licence
199 € a year, per seat, VAT included. Everything is in it: all fifteen checks, the one-click repairs, export, post-processing, veraPDF validation and the conformance report. Updates are included for as long as the subscription runs, new major versions included.
A licence entitles one named person to use TagAlly Pro. That person may install it on the computers they work on personally — a desktop and a laptop, for example.
You will receive your licence key immediately after payment: on the confirmation page, in the receipt e-mail, and in your customer account. Enter it once in the panel and you are done. Not sure yet? Try TagAlly Pro free for 30 days first; the key then unlocks the same installation.
Team licences
Buying for a team means choosing the number of seats in the checkout. You receive one key for the whole team — the panel shows it as “Licensed to: your organisation · 5 seats”. One key to pass on, one renewal date, nothing to administer per person.

Perpetual licence for public bodies
We sell the perpetual licence exclusively to public bodies, institutions and businesses (§ 14 BGB), not to consumers; prices in this section are therefore net. Many public authorities cannot enter into subscriptions, because budget law does not permit a recurring commitment. For them there is a perpetual licence: 599 € once per seat, plus VAT — in Germany 712,81 € including 19 % VAT; your quotation states the tax that applies to you. It comes with an invoice, your order number and the usual payment terms. It does not expire, and the first year of updates is included.
After that first year, optional maintenance costs 149 € a year plus VAT (in Germany 177,31 € including 19 % VAT) and covers further updates, including new major versions and support for new InDesign releases. Without maintenance the software keeps working — you simply stay on the version you have.
There is no checkout for this. Write to us with the number of seats and your billing address, and you will receive a quotation. After your order we send the invoice, and the licence key follows by e-mail.
Here or on the Adobe Marketplace?
Both channels sell the same product at the same price, and both give you the same updates. The difference is who your contract partner is and what else is available.
The Adobe Marketplace installs the plugin for you and manages it inside Creative Cloud. Single seats only.
Here you additionally get team licences with one key, and the perpetual licence on invoice. Installation is a double-click on the downloaded file.
Whichever you choose, the licence terms are the same: licence terms, terms of sale, right of withdrawal.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the term you have paid for. Two ways, both take a minute: use the link in your receipt e-mail to open your customer account, or write to us and we will pass the cancellation on.
